Polygraph Exam- A polygraph examiner is someone who is licensed and certified to perform polygraph examinations. A polygraph examination machine measures changes in cardiovascular activity, breathing, and sweat production to determine whether a person is being truthful. These examinations are often referred to as a lie detector test. These examinations always use the comparison question or relevant-irrelevant formats because concealed information tests can only be used when there are specific pieces of information that can form the basis for relevant questions.
